Frequently Asked Questions Q. The HomePage sometimes freezes up. What can I do? A. This may be due to a busy server or we may be editing the site. I suggest you Refresh the page and it should work just fine! Q. How can I suggest Improvements for the site? A.Go to the Contact Us Page and In the Message Subject box write Site Feedback. Then type your improvement along with you name and email address and click send. Q. Sometimes above the text I see little printer buttons what does this mean? A. It means you are able to print it out. You may find it useful to print out special offers or perhaps instructions or help documents. Q. Do you have a Catalogue available? A. We have an online catalogue but currently it is only available to Hillside Clients. However we are in the stages of creating a PDF Catalogue that will be available to download. Q. Why can't I make an account? A. The user Account option is only available to Hillside Clients.
